- Edtech startup by Anshul Bhagi , Camp K12 began as a coding bootcamp in 2010. But its growth in the last 12 months since it launched live online classes is worth noting.
- Camp K12 conducted interactive workshops and immersive programmes on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics) subjects for school kids. Its courses focused on building logic, computational thinking, and mathematical skills, and enhancing the creativity of kids aged six to 18.
- According to the company, its revenues have grown 120X since the last fundraise. Renewal rates have improved month-on-month, and the team size has also gone up from 25 in March to 250 at present.

PIF's investment comes after it invested Rs 11,367 crore (approximately $1.5 billion) in Reliance Jio for an equity stake of 2.32 per cent.

- Abhishek says dmodot was started with the purpose of solving the footwear needs for self, which extended to creating a brand to solve the same problem for the like-minded community. “Good quality footwear was expensive and the available footwear in range was not appetising,” says Abhishek.

- German shoe brand Von Wellx has officially shifted its production in two units strats on November 3 which shifted from China to Agra (Uttar Pradesh)
- Additional chief secretary (industrial development) Alok Kumar inaugurated the units. He said Von Wellx will invest around Rs 300 crore in phases in three projects.
- "This would generate about 10,000 jobs while the units would produce up to 5 million pairs of footwear annually," Kumar said

- Bhagalpur-headquartered agritech startup Saptkrishi (2019) has developed Sabjikothi or Preservator, a wheel-mountable, microclimate-based storage solution that is cost-effective, portable, and extends the shelf life of fruits and vegetables from three days to 30 days.
- The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations says 40 percent of horticultural produce worth $8.3 billion is wasted every year due to inadequate logistical support, lack of refrigerated storage, supply chain bottlenecks, poor transport, and underdeveloped marketing channels.
- The startup launched its first product, the Sabjikothi or Preservator, a low-cost, IoT-enabled chamber-cum-storage that can be used to extend the shelf life of horticultural produce from three days to 30 days. The wheel-mountable, microclimate-based storage is cost-effective and portable.

- The Japan has agreed to offer financial assistance to two of its companies to diversify their manufacturing base to India as part of its recent initiative to provide subsidies to companies relocating from China. They are: Toyota-Tsusho and Sumida.
- The move was announced following Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s meeting with global investors on Thursday. Modi is to follow up Thursday’s round table discussions with one-on-one meetings with the investors, including some marquee Japanese players.
- Japan had announced a $2-billion initiative, unofficially aimed at re-shoring some of its companies as well as diversifying into other markets. While a bulk of the funding is aimed at those entities that shift from China back to Japan, India and Bangladesh are among countries where assistance will be provided. There are 30,000 Japanese companies that have production bases in China, which had emerged as the factory to the world, compared with 5,100 in India
